FDE WORKBENCH · PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Effective August 16, 2026. This policy applies to FDE Workbench 1.0.
Bundled content and network use
Courses, job data, videos, captions, transcripts, and attachments are bundled with the app and do not need to be downloaded from a public content server. The app may check a signed version-update notice. The default browser connects when you choose to open the official site, support page, privacy page, or an external job source. These requests do not include JDs, learning progress, implementation plans, delivery checks, personal evidence, interview lists, saved analyses, or device identifiers.
On-device processing and storage
Job descriptions are parsed in memory on your Mac. Learning progress, implementation plans, delivery checks, competency evidence, interview questions, and analyses you explicitly save are written only to the app sandbox. Exported files are written only to a location you select in the macOS save panel.
Services not included
This version has no account, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, crash reporting, remote logging, upload, or external AI service. Personal content is not sent to the developer or a third party.
External links and purchases
Job source links open in the default browser and are governed by the destination site's privacy policy. Purchases, payment, and downloads are handled by the App Store. The app does not read or store payment card details, billing addresses, or App Store account information.
Deletion, export, and contact
You can delete all on-device personal data in Settings. Removing the app removes its sandbox data. Bundled materials are managed with the app and are not mixed with personal data. You manage files you export. For privacy or support questions, visit Support or email lihy_taihe@163.com.
Policy updates
If accounts, analytics, AI, uploads, or another service changes data processing in the future, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated first.
